Our business was Established by my Grandfather, Derek B Phillips in 1957, an RICS surveyor, handling professional valuation and managing a large number of rental portfolios, Actual home ownership was less common than is seen today.

Over the years we moved to a sales firm and have been specialising in area of the market for 40+ years.

We are approaching 7 Decades as a Local business in Merthyr Tydfil, something we are extremely proud of.

Peter Phillips (Retired Fellow of NAEA) become a partnership with his Father joining at 18 years of age. My Dad, Peter run our business for the longest period, and is the person most associated and recognised. He made us a leading agent in our Town.

Myself; Scott Phillips .MNAEA joined in 2007 working alongside Peter for 15 Years. Gained over a decade of experience and knowledge, Obtaining the recognised propertymark qualification before naturally taking over the everyday running. I am now the Principle Director.
